 The San Francisco Gold Show

Golden Phoenix attended the Gold and Precious Metals Investor Conference held at the San Francisco Marriott, November 27-28.  David Caldwell, Robert Martin and Kelly Brimhall represented Golden Phoenix, and Perry Muller and Pete Winn represented Win-Eldrich.  An exhibit was presented highlighting the Ashdown Molybdenum Project. The display included current photos, flyers, moly concentrate samples provided by Win-Eldrich from its production of ore stockpiles, and Jolly Moly Nuggets (rum truffles) made with loving care by Miss Kelly.

Response to our booth was excellent.  There appeared to be great interest in the developing molybdenum story.  Perry, Pete, Rob, David and Kelly were kept busy explaining the emerging role of moly, the potential of Ashdown, and specifics about WEX and GPXM.  We were especially pleased that noted newsletter writers and industry commentators spent time with us, including Jay Taylor, Bob Moriarty, and John Kaiser.  Mike Hoy, GPXM shareholder and consultant to the Adanac moly project, graciously came by, as did several private shareholders and numerous interested potential investors.

The show provided an additional venue for the joint venture partners to work together on the upcoming Form 5A, led by board members David Caldwell for Golden Phoenix and Perry Muller for Win-Eldrich.  The acceleration of the development work at Ashdown which promises to lead to start-up of operations in the near term makes the timely progress toward a finalized 5A all the more relevant.

Both partners shared equally in the cost and design of the exhibit, and the chance to spend time together communicating with the investment community was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by all participants.
